This will be the 11th location in the Atlanta area and the first one in the suburbs.

The Roswell club is located at 1237 Strickland Road in a 5,200-square-foot warehouse space. It will feature a cafe area, a library, four phone booths and three meeting rooms.

“We’re excited to bring Switchyards to the north part of the city,” CEO and founder Michael Tavani said in a news release. “And Roswell is perfect for our first OTP work club. Our expansion into Atlanta’s suburbs is a response to a growing need for that ‘third place’ where you can get some work done around others – and in a setting that’s not your home or office.”

Switchyards announced in April that they were aiming to open 200 locations over the next five years, backed with $5 million in capital to help.

Founded in 2019, Switchyards now has 17 clubs – 11 in Atlanta, four in Nashville and two in Charlotte. Membership costs $100 a month and includes 24/7 access to all clubs.

Switchyards Roswell is expected to open Aug. 29, 2024, with memberships going live Aug. 20, 2024, at 10:00 am EST. Only 250 memberships will be available.
