The restaurant is planned for 244 Perimeter Center Parkway NE at Campus 244, an upcoming development near Perimeter Mall, the Dunwoody MARTA station and Interstate 285.

Gary Woodward (@wolfofpeachstreet on Instagram) and Troy Nguyen of JLL represented Stäge in securing the lease.

The first location of Stäge Kitchen & Bar opened in 2021 at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners. The menu includes seafood, steak, pasta, sushi and handcrafted cocktails. They are open for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on Sundays.

The team behind Stäge Kitchen & Bar – including co-owner Tola Mak and director of operations Raquel Stalcup – is also behind Pêche Modern Coastal, another Peachtree Corners restaurant.

Campus 244 is a planned 12.8-acre mixed-use project being developed by New York’s Georgetown Company and Buckhead-based real estate firm RocaPoint Partners. The development is slated to include a hotel and the redevelopment of the former Gold Kist headquarters into a workspace.
