Swift Bodega is proposed for 207 13th St NE, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The apartment complex, The Registry on the Park, is located just west of Piedmont Park.

The business will be a “small retail store that sells prepackaged beverages, snacks, dry goods, and home goods,” according to the application. A small UPS store “that allows people to do their returns” will be located within the bodega.

The scope of work includes the removal of several sections of drywall, the addition of two sinks, and the relocation of a fire alarm. The 1,080-square-foot space was formerly occupied by Icebox Cryotherapy.

Swift Bodega LLC was first created in October 2023, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
