Camino, located along the Buford Highway Corridor in Doraville, will include 304 apartment units and townhomes.

Camino is the real estate firm’s 26th development in the Atlanta area, and this is the fourth project for their recently launched in-house construction company.

“Atlanta continues to be a target market for our team to develop, acquire, manage and build,” Steven Shores, chairman and CEO of RangeWater, said in a press release. “Doraville stands out as one of the city’s most culturally significant neighborhoods, and we feel privileged to collaborate with their team in creating a genuinely inspired rental housing community for residents.”

Set to emerge at the intersection of Buford Highway and Jess Norman Way at 3712 Stewart Road, Camino is within walking distance of Doraville’s City Hall and the new Assembly Yards adaptive reuse project, according to the press release.

RangeWater is also installing a new section of the Peachtree Creek Greenway trail that will serve as the entrance to the community along Stewart Road.

The community will offer a selection of micro, studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, ranging from 474 to 1,411 square feet. The units will include contemporary features like quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and smart-home technology.

Camino will also feature amenities such as a dog park and spa, a pool courtyard, co-working offices with dedicated podcast recording space, an outdoor grilling station, a fitness center, a rooftop lounge and a private speakeasy.

The community will break ground on Sept. 20, 2023. The completion of final homes is expected in spring 2025.
