Nuveen Real Estate has acquired a 80,748-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center in Peachtree City.

JLL Capital Markets announced that it closed the sale of Peachtree Crossing. The property was built in 1978 and renovated in 2011. It is 100 percent occupied and includes Peachtree City Eye Center, Bintelli Golf Carts, Heirloom Market, Mina’s Hallmark, Hollywood Feed, Campanile’s Home Inside & Out, Georgia Shrimp Company, W. Daly Salon and one of the top-performing Fresh Market stores in the state.

Peachtree Crossing is located next to Flat Creek Country Club.

The JLL Retail Capital Markets team that represented the seller, Harbour Real Estate Partners, was led by Managing Director Brad Buchanan, Senior Managing Director Jim Hamilton and Vice President Andrew Michols.
