A project called The Residences at Holly Hills is underway at 339 Holly Street in northwest Atlanta. According to documents, the four-story building will be 42,889 square feet.

The team behind the project is Quest Communities, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that serves residents of the city’s Westside. In recent years, the organization opened the Quest Westside Impact Center in Vine City, a hub providing housing, social services and community development resources to residents.

Quest Communities founder and CEO Leonard L. Adams, Jr., said that the Holly Street development, for residents ages 55 and older, is expected to be complete in December 2024, with residents able to move in during the first quarter of 2025.

Martin Riley Associates is the architecture firm behind the upcoming Holly Street development. The Tucker-based firm’s portfolio includes multi-family housing projects (Savannah Gardens in Savannah, Mallalieu Pointe in East Point) as well as senior apartments (Stonepointe in Stonecrest).

Documents show plans for a common area that includes a lobby, fitness center and mail room.
