The permit, dated January 20th, is for the single tenant build-out of a vacant multi-tenant two-story building. Demolitions to most interior components, new interior partition construction, and a new interior furniture system are listed as the scope of the project.

The two-story building comes in at 11,533 square-feet, and the cost of construction is listed as $1,187,500. According to the application, Live Nation is working with the interior design firm MurphyMeyers.

Live Nation Entertainment is described as “the world’s leading live entertainment company” and works with artists to “bring their creativity to life on stages around the world.” This can take the form of music festivals as well as clubs. The company boasts hosting 40,000 shows and 100+ festivals a year, selling as many as 500 million tickets.

The company is behind other Atlanta hotspots like Buckhead Theatre, Coca-Cola Roxy, and Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park.

We reached out to Live Nation’s VP of Corporate Real Estate William Cornelius but did not heard back at the time of publication. While we wait to learn more about Live Nation’s newest Atlanta project, you can find the company online to see what shows are on the Atlanta books for this year.
