The Buckhead Brokerage office will occupy 9,183 square feet at Brand Properties’ new 2827 Peachtree Road office building in the Garden Hills neighborhood. The project will include large, elevated patios with Wi-Fi access, private balconies for select offices, and a main entrance featuring an archway with a valet drop-off. Amenities include a fitness center, boardroom, covered parking and efficient operating systems for all office needs.

The company’s corporate office, Partner Services, relocated earlier this year to Ardent Companies’ newly re-envisioned Piedmont Center at 3525 Piedmont Road with 10,189 square feet of contemporary, multifunctional office space. The Partner Services office is set in the Piedmont Center, which is now fully owned by Ardent Companies, and has been reconceptualized into a space with 14 Class-A office buildings.

Amenities include a 1.2-mile walking trail, six recently refreshed conference rooms, a fitness center, and activities such as yoga, food trucks and happy hours. Located in Building 5, the Partner Services Office will serve as Harry Norman, Realtors headquarters, providing space for a range of strategic and support service teams.

Both spaces were designed by Hendrick, Inc. More than 200 associates will work across both Buckhead locations.

“Moving from one location that opened in 2005 to launching two new office spaces is a testament to our unwavering belief in the unparalleled essence of human connection and the potential for continued growth,” Harry Norman, Realtors President and CEO Jenni Bonura said in a press release. “We have the chance to redefine the norm, to create a space that inspires collaboration and innovation, while offering exceptional client experiences. We look forward to making a positive impact and building lasting relationships while showcasing spaces that reflect who and where we are today.”

Harry Norman, Realtors is a luxury real estate firm established in 1930.
