Located at 1355 East-West Connector in the Heritage Hills Shopping Center, the restaurant is owned by franchise partner Lorette Dessieux.

Dessieux and her husband have lived in Atlanta for the last 15 years. The self-described “breakfast people” were looking for franchise opportunities when they came across Eggs Up Grill in Alpharetta.

“One day we went to eat, we ended up at an Eggs Up restaurant,” she told What Now Atlanta. “I loved the atmosphere.”

With indoor seating for 135 and outdoor seating for 24, the 2,800-square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The Austell restaurant serves guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available.

Eggs Up Grill serves its full menu open to close. Signature menu items include the founder’s recipe corned beef hash with potatoes, onions and special spices, as well as made-to-order omelettes and classic breakfast dishes and lunch selections including burgers, melts, salads and more.

Dessieux said the shrimp and grits is one of her personal favorite items.

“Come in and enjoy the friendly atmosphere,” she said. “We’re here to serve our community.”

Eggs Up Grill has locations across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and is soon entering Texas, Mississippi and Ohio.

The Austell restaurant is currently hiring. Those interested can apply online at eggsupgrill.com. For more information, follow @EUGAustell on Facebook and Instagram.
