Dewberry capital has big plans for bustling Midtown intersection.
Dewberry Capital is planning to bring new retail storefronts to the heart of Midtown at the bustling intersection of Peachtree and 14th streets, at the same intersection where Colony Square, currently being redeveloped by North American Properties, is located, the Atlanta Business Chronicle (ABC) first reported Tuesday.
The 21-story Campanile building could get an additional “150,000 square feet office space and 77,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space along Peachtree, 14th, 13th and Juniper streets.”
The property is much sought-after, as Dewberry Capital outbid at least two dozen bidders for the building five years ago.
