According to two recent job postings, Castellucci Hospitality Group is seeking a general manager and head chef for a new restaurant, Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported.

The “omakase-style, live-fire steakhouse” would feature a chef’s counter with 20 seats, as well as a “small à la carte menu available in the cocktail bar.”

The head chef would work with the executive chef to “curate a seasonal menu with a focus on Japanese technique and ingredients.” Previous experience with Japanese cuisine is not necessary, but the restaurant is seeking someone with a “respect for Japanese cuisine and a desire to learn.” The job posting highlights the intimate nature of the restaurant and the chef’s direct interaction with guests at the counter.

Castellucci Hospitality Group is the team behind Mujō, an omakase experience that began as a pop-up before opening in a permanent brick-and-mortar space in West Midtown. The group’s portfolio also includes the modern Spanish tapas restaurant The Iberian Pig, the Basque-focused Cooks & Soldiers, the Italian-Greek eatery Sugo and upscale Italian restaurant Double Zero.

It’s not yet clear where exactly in Atlanta the new concept will be located.
