With the help of Invest Atlanta, a total of $8.3 million will go primarily towards remodeling all 100 units, exterior renovations, and a new outdoor fitness facility.

Additional renovations include a community garden, outdoor gathering space, pedestrian walkways, and enhanced indoor common areas.

Construction will begin in April 2016 and plans to be completed in December 2016.
