Smalls Sliders has signed an agreement with real estate group PAR Concepts LLC to bring six locations (which the company calls “Cans”) of the micro-cheeseburger concept to the northwest Atlanta area.

Upon discovering the Smalls Sliders brand, PAR Concepts was initially drawn to the “simple yet delicious menu and the unique modular buildout.”

“Smalls Sliders is a disruptive brand in the best way possible. There’s truly nothing else like it out there, which is what originally drew us to this business opportunity,” PAR Concepts co-founder Rocky C. Moore said in a news release. “We’re eager to help fuel the brand’s growth in Atlanta. We see this as not just another investment, but a chance to help redefine the dining experience across the city and its surrounding communities.”

PAR Concepts currently owns two Guthrie’s Chicken restaurants.

“The group looks forward to utilizing their prior restaurant experience and passion for growth to develop with Smalls Sliders in surrounding cities such as Smyrna, Vinings, Austell, Hiram, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Rome, Calhoun, Woodstock, Canton and Cartersville,” according to the announcement.

Smalls Sliders first opened in 2019. In addition to cheeseburger sliders, the menu includes waffle fries, grilled cheese and milkshakes.

The concept features a streamlined drive-thru, walk-up window and modular buildout in its signature orange hue. The Atlanta-based brand is headed toward nationwide growth, with 200 locations in development.

“This agreement is especially exciting as we further develop Smalls Sliders in Atlanta, where our Smalls Squad is headquartered,” Smalls Sliders CEO Maria Rivera said. “Groups like PAR Concepts, who possess an incredible entrepreneurial spirit and diverse real estate background, are the perfect team to be leading this development. I look forward to working together and moving the brand forward to deliver exceptional experiences to every frequent slider.”
