Situated at 275 Memorial Drive SE, Suite B1 in The George, the brick-oven pizzeria is an order “down-the-line” concept.

This is the second location for Grant Park locals Morgan and Lisa Maclellan who also own Your Pie Perimeter.

“Opening our first location was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done but all of that hard work was infinitely more rewarding than our previous careers, and we knew we had made the right decision to join Your Pie,” Morgan Maclellan said in a press release this week.

“From the fresh ingredients to the ability to customize your pie, we were big fans from day one and can’t wait to share the Your Pie experience with our friends and neighbors here in Grant Park.”

The Maclellans fell in love with the original Your Pie in Athens while in school at the University of Georgia.

After college, both pursued careers in the corporate world but were soon ready for a change of pace and decided to join the Your Pie Family.

Their first location, at 123 Perimeter Center West, has been open for almost three years, and the couple looks forward to celebrating their newest location in Grant Park this fall.

Prior to its official grand opening, Your Pie Grant Park will host “Dine and Donate” events on December 4, 5 and 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m.

During each timeslot, the restaurant will serve free pizzas for up to 200 registered guests and collect monetary donations to benefit the Parent Teacher Associations of three local elementary schools—Parkside Elementary School, Wesley International Academy and Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School.

Inspired by his Italian honeymoon, Your Pie was founded in 2008 by Drew French.

The pizzeria began franchising in 2010 and now has more than 50 stores across the United States, with about 50 locations in development.

The concept uses hand-tossed dough, homemade pizza sauces and salad dressings, and offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free pizzas, as well as traditional pizzas.

All menu items, including its rotating seasonal menu, are inspired by family recipes from the Italian island of Ischia.

This store also offers local craft beer, wine and craft cocktails, as well as Italian-style gelato.
