Old Fourth Ward is gaining a Yonder Yoga this week in the form of a pop-up. The ever-expanding yoga studio opens Wednesday, December 9, Owner Selby Hill tells What Now Atlanta. It is the third location in Atlanta for the company and is situated in the same building as Highland Bakery, at 655 Highland Avenue NE, #2. “Yonder is opening this location as a pop-up studio while the team explores the area and considers long-term options,” Hill said.

To celebrate its opening, Yonder Yoga is offering free classes during its opening week. All reservations must be booked online prior to arrival. Yonder Yoga offers “structured, movement-inspired classes, sequenced to empowering and energetic music,” according to a press release. “Based on Vinyasa-style yoga, classes will be fast-paced and allow students to move to the rhythm of their breath.” The studio room is heated between 90 and 93 degrees, allowing students to “sweat, tone, and stretch, leaving both inspired and rejuvenated.”

Yonder Yoga’s amenities include full locker rooms complete with showers, mat rentals, grab-and-go food and beverage sales, and a retail boutique highlighting yoga and lifestyle brands including lululemon, Free People, Alo, Rhone, Avocado, Liforme, Manduka, Yoloha, and more. “The Yonder Yoga brand is inspired by the definition of ‘yonder,’ meaning, ‘a place you can see but have not yet reached,'” Hill said. Across its three locations, the company has 40 instructors and growing.
