Yonder Yoga, an Atlanta studio with locations in Buckhead and the Upper Westside, is offering free online classes for Atlantans staying at home during the state’s shelter-in-place order.
Its class offering includes power flows, tutorials breaking down the basics, guided meditations, advanced workshops, kids’ yoga, and more.
Yonder Yoga via Instagram and Facebook hosts live classes at 4 p.m. There’s also a library of pre-recorded classes on Vimeo.
All classes are free to the public, but Yonder Yoga is collecting donations to support its teachers and staff, “through this unprecedented time.”
The fitness company is also offering free “mat consultations on which mat is right for you” for aspiring yogis that are mat-less, including complimentary delivery “right to your doorstep.”
