In addition to our normal news coverage, What Now Atlanta is tracking ways Atlanta’s businesses are adapting to the novel coronavirus and the challenges it brings to brick-and-mortars.
Its class offering includes power flows, tutorials breaking down the basics, guided meditations, advanced workshops, kids’ yoga, and more.
Yonder Yoga via Instagram and Facebook hosts live classes at 4 p.m. There’s also a library of pre-recorded classes on Vimeo.
All classes are free to the public, but Yonder Yoga is collecting donations to support its teachers and staff, “through this unprecedented time.”
The fitness company is also offering free “mat consultations on which mat is right for you” for aspiring yogis that are mat-less, including complimentary delivery “right to your doorstep.”
[Editor’s note: The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is rapidly evolving as is its effect on Atlanta, and the City’s businesses and its residents. Click here for What Now Atlanta’s ongoing coverage of the crisis. For guidance and updates on the pandemic, please visit the C.D.C. website.]
