Set to open up in late fall at 5170 Town Center Blvd., Suite 410, this new location will expand on and elevate the existing Jinbei menu.

A press statement sent to What Now Atlanta states, “Jinbei West’s menu will incorporate Yakitori Jinbei’s signature dishes alongside, new reimagined fare and an elevated sushi menu. The kitchen will serve fresh and authentic, made-from-scratch dishes alongside a selection of creative sushi rolls.”

This brand new location at Peachtree Corners Town Center will occupy just over 2,000 square feet and feature intimate indoor seating areas and sushi bar.

According to a spokesperson, “Jinbei West will serve an elevated version of the menu in the larger space along with a full bar, updated atmosphere and expansive enclosed patio.”

Chef Choi is partnering with G. Garvin, an acclaimed cookbook author and chef, as a way to bring in a new perspective and flavor profile to Jinbei’s existing cuisine. “G. has been my friend and unofficial partner for years as I’ve looked to him for advice about navigating the restaurant industry,” said Jae in a press statement.

A specific date has not been chosen for the grand opening of Jinbei West.
