Taste water like never before at the Epicurean Theatre Atlanta. Hop on the journey through the flavors and subtleties of the most favorite drink of life. The hotel will host the “World of Water” event on January 9 from 6 PM to 7:30 PM.
Fine Water Tasting At Epicurean
The World of Water event is meant to spread awareness of the nuances of water. The evening of water tasting and pairings will make the guests experience water in an entirely new way. Some of the finest water from various sources around the world will be curated and presented to the audience. They will get to learn, hands-on, about how different water tastes as its minerality and composition change.
The Experts
Hosting the event will be Certified Water Sommelier, Christine Hilgert. Joining her will be the CEO of Source to Bottle, Oliver Merino.
Hilgert acquired her certification from the Fine Water Academy in 2021 and is passionate about fine water. She has then worked on ways to showcase some of the award-winning waters of the world. In her travels, she tries out new waters from local sources from the UK to Austria. Having over 25 years of experience in the meeting and events industry, she provides fresh and new ideas for her clients and is often a speaker at industry events.
Oliver Merino is the CEO of Source to Bottle, which takes care of brand sales, marketing, and logistics of up-and-coming beverage brands. They specialize in finding, importing, and commercializing some of the world’s finest bottled-at-the-source mineral water. Their goal is to find the purest and most pristine waters from around the world, that are filled with natural minerals.
Ticket Prices and Booking
The tickets for the event will be $25.00 plus taxes per person. Only 4 tickets are available just one day before the event day. Hence, those interested must make a booking as soon as possible on the official website.
What is Included in the Ticket?
One ticket will buy the six world premium glasses of water provided by Source to Bottle. To go with the tasting, a personal meat & charcuterie plate complemented with assorted meats, cheeses, nuts, fruit, and chocolate shall be served.
Gratuity is included in the ticket price. Complimentary valet service for 2 hours is also available.

Ticket holders of the “World of Water” event shall receive a 10% off offer before or after the event at the 3 restaurants part of the Epicurean. The dining options at the hotel Reverence, The Office Bar, and the Aerial Kitchen & Bar, in addition to the Epicurean Theatre.
