Houston-based The Hanover Company is planing a six-story, mixed-use development at 1010 W. Peachtree Street, according to Curbed Atlanta.

Take a close look at the location. Hanover would mostly likely have to bulldoze the 24-hour Checker’s where you recently got your chili cheese fries fix at 4 a.m. for the new development.

The project will include 328 residential units with 13,000-square-feet of retail storefronts on 10th, Spring and West Peachtree streets, Curbed reports.
