Where’s The Scoop Co-Owner Zak Khimji this week did not respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.

A new owner could buy one or both dessert shops, the advert states, for $399,000. Individually, Khimji is asking $325,000 for the Alpharetta Where’s The Scoop, at 26 Old Roswell St, STE 102, and $150,000 for the Midtown outpost, at 985 Monroe Dr NE Suite B.

The Where’s The Scoop brand can be licensined and othe owner is willing to offer financing and “share strategy and growth plans.”

The Midtown Where’s The Scoop opened in 2021 in space formerly home to Yoforia, as first reported by What Now Atlanta. The 1,400 square-foot space commands a rent of $6,021.99 per month, “all in,” has seating for 10 inside, and seating for 12 outdoors.

There are five years left on the lease with an option to renew, according to the advert.

  3. $7,000 per month lease; debt service on $225,000; electric and gas bill; employees, food and liquor bill…..how much could it generate in a month to make a profit?
