E + Rose is planned for 1100 Howell Mill Road, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The 1,530-square-foot location is at the Westside Provisions District. The scope of work on the space includes a replacement of finishes and a reconfiguration of the utilities to support new equipment. The estimated cost of construction on the space is $280,000, according to the documents.
Registered dietician Robbie Nowinski founded E + Rose in 2017 as a way to provide more nutrient-rich, quick-serve food options. The concept currently has six locations in Tennessee. The cafes offer “whole, all-natural foods and coffee” and host wellness-related events.
“Every item we provide at our six plant forward cafes has been carefully curated and developed with your health and satisfaction in mind,” according to the company website.
The menu includes acai bowls, hearty toasts, smoothies and nutritious coffee and tea beverages. Grab-and-go items are also available.
Representatives from E + Rose could not immediately be reached for information on when the Atlanta cafe is expected to open.
