The restaurant on Thursday was listed for sale through The Shumacher Group.

Owner Matt Marcus is asking $250,000 for the eatery, at 1820 Peachtree Road, which recently underwent $100,000 in kitchen improvements, according to the listing.

The Watershed name, menu, books, and records are not included in the sale, however, and in addition to the purchase price, a prospective buyer can expect $17,500 monthly for rent, “all in.”

Marcus only just acquired Watershed, originally situated in Decatur, in April of last year.

It’s unclear why Marcus—formerly of Portofino and Woodfire Grill—is looking to sell the Brookwood Hills restaurant.
