Spinach, at 950 W Peachtree Street NW, will feature “all-natural” drinks, acai bowls, toasts, bento boxes, and more.

A grand opening event is scheduled for August 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Patrons will be treated to first tastes of smoothies such as the Peachy Poppin’, ATLien, and Original Cinn.

DJ Dollae will be spinning music.

Spinach will host sneak previews and taste tests for two weeks leading up to the grand opening.

In 2015, Plaza Midtown became home to Vibe Ride, a fitness studio that specializes in indoor cycling and also features barre, body sculpting, and yoga classes.

The first franchise opened in Grant Park in early 2018.

The owners and co-founders of Vibe Ride and Spinach are Courtney Anderson, a professor at Georgia State University College of Law, and Tiffany McKenzie, a senior associate at Bryan Cave LLP.

McKenzie is also a partner on the soon-to-open Perspire Sauna Studio in Buckhead.
