A real estate group that owns and manages veterinary properties and other healthcare properties has acquired three veterinary and pet care facilities in Georgia.

Pennsylvania-based Terravet Real Estate Solutions has expanded into metro Atlanta with the $5.37 million acquisition of three veterinary and pet care facilities spanning a total of 19,649 square feet.

The facilities include Animal Medical Clinic of Peachtree City and Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn, as well as a dedicated pet boarding facility, Animal Medical Clinic’s Pet Care Center & Hotel.

“This expansion into Atlanta is an exciting step forward for Terravet, reinforcing our mission to support veterinary practices with modern, accessible facilities,” Terravet Real Estate Solutions CEO Daniel Eisenstadt said in a statement. “We’re proud to collaborate with Dr. Vince Obsitnik and the Animal Medical Clinic team, whose dedication to compassionate, high-quality care aligns perfectly with our values.”

Terravet owns more than one million square feet of real estate across the U.S.
