“The restaurant will offer an updated take on Mid-Century American cuisine and classic cocktails inspired by the culture of the 1960s,” the announcement detailed.

Owner Brooks Cloud will again partner with chef Mike Blydenstein to feature a protein-heavy menu that includes a raw bar, steaks, and chops in addition to other American entrees.

Julian Goglia will lead the bar and use house-made ingredients for each cocktail.
