Little Alley Steak is opening in space formerly occupied by Aja in One Alliance Center.
F & H Food Trading Group is moving forward with plans to open a second location of its Little Alley Steak concept, a company spokesperson Friday in an email told What Now Atlanta.
Slated to open July 1, the steakhouse would be situated in Buckhead’s One Alliance Center complex, replacing the now-shuttered Aja restaurant.
“We will be bringing a whole new dining experience to our guests by introducing the ‘butcher to table’ concept,” Hicham Azhari, Little Alley Steak’s co-owner, said in a prepared statement.
“We chose Buckhead because of its dynamic and diverse neighborhood and we look forward to exceeding your expectations.”
At Little Alley Steak, guests can expect an “Industrial Revolution-inspired” atmosphere with track lighting fashioned from meat hooks.
There will also be an outdoor patio with full bar and private dining areas.
Little Alley Steak Buckhead will serve up prime USDA cuts of beef, sides, a charcuterie program, seafood options, and over 356 bourbon selections.
