Lilly Pulitzer will open its Phipps Plaza location Thursday, May 24, the lifestyle brand inspired by Palm Beach, announced Tuesday in a press release.

The 2,600-square foot Atlanta store will carry all of the brand’s categories including women’s, men’s and children’s collections as well as gifts and accessories including bags, shoes, jewelry, and eyewear, according to the release.

Lilly Pulitzer’s interior is inspired by the colors and charm of Palm Beach, showcasing the brand’s playful print designs and resort town heritage.

“When was the last time you walked into a store and saw rays of glitter sunshine shooting across the ceiling, giant fortune cookies telling your fortune or chandeliers swinging from the ceiling…maybe a monkey or two?,” Jane Schoenborn, Lilly Pulitzer’s Fashion Director, said in the release.

“Just a teaser, but hold on…we aren’t really teasing, our store will have all this and more!”

Lilly Pulitzer will be “localizing” its store concept, making sure that its design reflects Atlanta (as displayed in the above rendering), capturing things that are authentic and true to the store location.

With the addition of Lilly Pulitzer in Atlanta, the lifestyle brand will be available to over 200 markets nationwide.

  1. Sounds like a nice store, although I personally do not know that much about Lilly Pulitzer. And btw Caleb, I have not heard anything recently about the Rebecca Taylor Boutique that was going to open up at Phipps. Did the deal fall through?, or is something else going on?

  2. So we have Lilly Pulitzer, Hublot, Omega, Sur la Table, but missing Rebecca Taylor. I am also wondering what has happened to Rebecca Taylor. Have plans changed, been canceled, or what?
