The project will include renovations to the exterior of the building and a new rooftop patio for tenants. The plans estimated the total square footage of the office building will be 11,260 square feet.

The space is owned by Sweetwater Holdings Company, a privately held investment firm based in Atlanta that specializes in multifamily, office, and student housing developments, according to its website.

McKittrick Simmons, managing partner at Sweetwater Holdings Company, was not immediately available for comment.
