At least ten of those stores will open in Atlanta.

The two-year-old pizza franchise founded by Matt Andrew, one of five founding members and former president of Moe’s Southwest Grill, has three locations currently: Toco Hills and Woodstock in Georgia and a Louisville Kentucky store.

60 new units are in development, according to the release.

“We’re excited about building out Georgia with the addition of our Woodstock and Vinings locations because it implements our founding decision to grow from our hometown, outward,” Andrew said in the release.

Uncle Maddio’s has opened in Woodstock and its Buckhead and Vinings locations are coming soon, according to the pizza joint’s website.

The pizza joint has eight additional leases in negotiation, according to Helen Grebe, company spokeswoman.

Those locations cannot be “divulged” at this time, she said.

Restaurant and retail news and gossip. Of all the ATL upstart bloggers to attempt this, Caleb is doing the best job. He’s gonna go far.

  2. You know, I work close to the Woodstock location and I’ve been there a few times so far. It’s a cool concept and pretty reasonably priced. About $7 for a 3 topping 9″ pizza … and you can get whole wheat crust and a slew of healthy toppings. Plus, it takes less than 10 minutes to get your meal. Not bad overall.

  3. i went with my sister and her family and i was very impressed on the deals(Toco hills, decatur).
the kids got a individual pizza for less than $5 dollars and the parents split a large pizza. they have vegan options and a expanding salad bar. the staff was very helpful and understanding. Can’t wait for the location to open near me!
