“All of the dishes follow that philosophy of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid,” Skibba said.

The restaurant will serve items like quinoa, kale and other healthy options, all based on Dr. Andrew Weil’s principles of eating food with anti-inflammatory properties.

The restaurant has plans for 13 additional locations nationwide, according to Skibba.

  1. The assortment of new dining options, at Lenox Square, continues to grow. What spot will this dining destination take? Opposite Cheesecake Factory, on the front?

  2. I have Crohn’s Disease and I ate at TFK in Arizona. I loved it! I cannot wait until it opens in Atlanta. Such great food!!!!
