Founder of Here To Serve Restaurants is trying make a comeback.

Last month, Tom Catherall made his return to the Atlanta dining scene with Tom Tom in Virginia-Highland.

Now, a representative for Catherall told Eater Atlanta that the Here To Serve Restaurants founder is eyeing the now-shuttered American Food & Beverage space at the Shops Buckhead Atlanta, at 250 Buckhead Ave NE, but says a deal has not been signed.

American Food & Beverage was open for less than a year before shuttering this past January.

Catherall was the founder of Here To Serve Restaurants, which shuttered all ten restaurants this past fall, leaving upwards of 600 Atlantans without a job.
