Luxury shoes manufacture moving forward with first Georgia store.
Tod’s, an Italian company that manufactures luxury shoes and leather goods, is moving forward with plans to open at Buckhead Atlanta.
A building permit application was submitted to City of Atlanta Monday for commercial alterations to suite A 170 for the shoe retailer’s first Georgia location.
An estimated $1,454,000 will be spent building out the 2,101-square-foot Tod’s, according to the application.
Buckhead Atlanta opened its doors in September with retailers Brunello Cucinelli, Canali, Etro, Hermès, Theory, and others.

I am excited for Tods, I used to have to wait on a vegas trip to get my fix, now i will have one here at home! It’s also Rumored Vilebrequin has signed for Buckhead Atlanta as well!

Didn’t there use to be a Tod’s store in Lenox Mall?
