“We are thrilled to present a pan-Mediterranean concept to the flourishing Atlanta dining scene with Three Arches,” said Kristi Cotten, General Manager, Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta in a statement. “The restaurant will offer guests and locals a celebration of the 22 beautifully distinct coastal countries and cultures that line the Mediterranean Sea.”

Three Arches allows guests to experience a culturally diverse menu in an environment that is relaxed and luxurious. Fresh, high-quality ingredients married with spices and housemade accompaniments including preserved fruits and pickled vegetables are available in dishes throughout the menu. Lemon yogurt and strawberry zhug complement the mild earthy flavors of Roasted Beets on the Small Plates menu; other small plate shareables include the Spicy Bulgur Lettuce Wraps and Fig Crostini with ricotta and orange honey. Main dishes honor Mediterranean seafood and livestock, with thoughtful, fresh plates like Grilled Trout with pistachio pesto and preserved lemon, as well as Moroccan Meatballs with mint yogurt, cabbage, and pickled onions. Rounding out the debut menu are bright flavors of orange zest and sultana raisins atop Carolina Gold Rice on the Sides Menu, as well as Roasted Vegetables with citrus tahini and herbs, and Collard Greens. A house-made Chocolate Caramel Tart with fig crema offers the opportunity at the close of the meal to cleanse and sweeten the palate.

Executive Chef Josh Hopkins, a veteran-Atlantan joined the Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta team as executive chef in early 2022. With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently at Thompson Buckhead, Chef Hopkins was previously executive chef and co-owner of the Abbatoir.

“The techniques and unique flavor profiles found in the Mediterranean have always influenced my culinary style,” said Chef Hopkins. “Three Arches offers an opportunity to immerse myself in these cultures and cuisines and I believe we’ve created something incredibly unique for the Atlanta market. You’ll find dishes influenced by Morocco and Israel, as well as more traditional Greco-Italian and Spanish fare.”

The beverage program at the Three Arches bar is directed by Beverage Director Jason Swaringen. Guests can enjoy familiar libations reimagined with Mediterranean spirits and inspired by regional spices and produce.

The design of the space was crafted by the team at The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry. Guests enter through curtains draping a steel archway before being greeted by the hand textured stone and aged bronze bar space. Rich jewel tones, hand glazed tile and a stone mosaic floor surround an open dining area of engraved nickel tables and stretched buffalo leather. Accents like Turkish rug pillows and natural textures in floating reclaimed wood beams and hand-stitched patchwork pieces engage the senses, creating a unique experience. Outside, a terrace is adorned with a stone mural.

Three Arches is located within Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta at 3301 Lenox Parkway, Atlanta GA 30326. Guests are invited to enjoy dinner Tuesday-Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast will be served Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays brunch will be served from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. A limited menu of bar bites will be available daily from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. at the bar.
