Co-Owner Franz Carranza said the mother-and-son run business opened last year, at 985 Monroe Dr NE. It started as a result of research he conducted in 2017 at Georgia Tech.

Inspired by that research, Carranza wanted to find medicines in nature and bring them to the modern market as alternatives to mainstream pharmaceuticals.

With an assortment of CBD and hemp products offered, TheraSolv and will continue to look to revolutionize how the cannabis plant is cultivated and used in households and industries throughout Georgia.

The company announced the opening on Instagram last week.

TheraSolv will be joining Transcending Tea and Loaded Potato Bar at the Paces Bend Center.

Co-Owner Michelle Bishara could not be reached for comment in time of publication.

The new space will be just over 2,000 square feet and was on the market for two months before being snatched up, according to permits recently filed with the city.
