Construction is underway and pre-leasing is expected to begin this October for The Upton, Urbanize Atlanta reports.

The 396-unit community on Englewood Avenue comes from META Real Estate Partners. The site is located just west of Boulevard Crossing Park and south of the BeltLine Southside Trail.

Amenities at The Upton are expected to include a two-story clubroom, a two-story fitness center, a pool with cabanas, coworking spaces, bike storage, EV charging stations, a rooftop lounge and Atlanta skyline views.

META Real Estate Partners is an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm. The company’s portfolio includes North & Line, also along the BeltLine.

Dynamik Design is the architecture and design team behind The Upton.
