Westside Market aided in growing men’s and woman’s boutique into standalone West Midtown store.
The Westside Market, a “design collective” featuring more than 65 merchants, could be be the ideal starting place for up-and-coming retailers looking to prove a concept and gain traction.
One such vendor, The Tough Boot & Co., got its start vending at The Westside Market and has grown to the point of needing its own retail space (Westside Market is a division of Westside Foundry Home.)
The boutique of vintage men’s and woman’s apparel and accessories will open a location at Westside Provisions District, Ulises Toache, owner of The Tough Boot, told What Now Atlanta during an interview at The Westside Market (Toache, an artist from Mexico City, also owns and operates Art & Design Studios at the market where he retails his fine art.)
Toache wouldn’t reveal the exact location of his new West Midtown boutique but told WNA that a mid to late November opening is what he’s shooting for.
