S^4 Real Property Group LLC is finishing up a construction on 510 Fairburn Road SW which will soon be home to new food and beverage tenants including Caviar by TRMH (The Real Milk and Honey).

“We saw a dire need to bring quality food to this location,” said Ron Wilson, a representative for S^4 Real Property Group. “We’re bringing a unique and exciting dining experience.”

The 2,502 sq ft suite that Caviar by TRMH will occupy rests nicely in an 8,400 sq ft structure with outdoor seating with a total occupancy of 218 people. “It’s a great opportunity for one of the suites. Our projected completion date is September 2022,” said Wilson.

Caviar by TRMH will bring unique brunch options to the location. “It will be brunch inspired but elevated with caviar. We will have traditional caviar service as well as various dishes topped with caviar,” said Shauna Neely, co-owner.

Caviar plans to bring over-the-top recipes to introduce Atlanta to something they have never seen before. “We want to introduce the culture to caviar. It’s no longer something out of reach for us,” Neely said.

Shauna Neely and her partner Nigel Douglas are also owners of Douglas Neely Hospitality Group. “We help businesses elevate their brand and that is what we plan to do with Caviar by TRMH. The possibilities are endless,” Neely told What Now Atlanta.

Five more restaurants will open at this location, including a Caribbean fusion restaurant, brick oven pizza, and‌‌ ‌‌burgers. S^4 feels that the whole community has been underserved and wants that to change.

As with its flagship location in the heart of Historic College Park, The Real Milk and Honey offers a unique brunch experience. ‌Some of the delights on the menu include shrimp and grits, peach cobbler oatmeal, fried jerk wings and waffles,‌ ‌and‌ ‌lobster‌ ‌egg‌ ‌and‌ ‌cheese‌ ‌biscuits.
