The concept reminiscent of a modern traditional British pub is led by owner Kasie Scott, with Executive Chef Mike LaSage at the helm of the kitchen.

During the annual neighborhood festival, they will serve a limited menu of globally inspired street food, including Cuban Sammich Pop Tarts, jumbo skewered wings, poutine and homemade ice cream cones.

Scott told What Now Atlanta in July that it was their goal to be open in time for the East Atlanta Strut.

The menu includes globally inspired cuisine with dishes designed for sharing. Think Cuban Pop Tarts, with ham, smoky pork, swiss cheese, house pickles and spicy mustard, or a Scotch Egg Benny, wrapped in sausage, fried, then served in a potato nest and drizzled with hollandaise. Hearty Sunday Roasts featuring an array of British pub-style classics are also available for dine-in and takeaway, as well as a rotating selection of noodles and pasta dishes inspired by different global traditions.

The beverage program includes craft cocktails, a diverse beer list and a curated selection of wines.

Guests can expect exposed brick walls, indoor and outdoor seating, a dedicated entertainment area for live music, and a corner marble bar that anchors the spacious bar and dining room.

The Pub @ EAV will feature a mix of weekly music programming, interactive games ranging from darts to poker, curated pop-up activations, and ample areas to watch sports.

Minor cosmetic additions and tweaks will be made to the interior and exterior in the coming weeks.

The Pub @ EAV is closed on Mondays, open 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Sunday.

  1. Having recently gone there, the drinks and staff were good. The vibe, definitely not a pub feel at all. Felt more like a Midtown/Buckhead bar than one in EAV.
