The Peach Cobbler Factory’s cobbler topped ice cream and other dessert offerings are coming to the Peach State with several locations, including one in Downtown Atlanta. The Peach Cobbler Factory will open a location at 171 Auburn Ave. NE in the retail portion of the City Walk mixed-use development. The Atlanta store, a family-owned location, is expected to open between February and March, pending permit approval.

“I think the city will enjoy it, and we hope it becomes a staple for the community of Sweet Auburn, as well as Atlanta,” sister owners Dorian Allen and Peyton Williams told What Now Atlanta. “We’ll be located in Suite F, but you can’t miss us. You’ll smell us from a mile away! We’re just so excited to open and expect to have a peachy time while we’re doing it.”

Allen and Williams said their store will be family-friendly and affordable for the local students in town. And if their City Walk spot does well, they hope to expand to other locations in Atlanta. The Peach Cobbler Factory’s website also announced other Georgia “coming soon” sites in Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, and Tybee Island.

The Peach Cobbler Factory was founded as a Nashville, TN food truck in 2013 by Tami Edgerton and Juan Edgerton. The dessertery now has brick-and-mortar locations in three states, with its flagship location located in Louisville, KY. According to RestaurantNews.com, the company began franchising in August 2021.

The Peach Cobbler Factory was made famous by their ice cream topped peach cobbler cups. In addition to peach cobbler, they serve 11 other different flavors of cobbler, such as Cinnamon Praline, Strawberry Peach, or Apple Walnut Raisin. Customers have the option to top their cobbler off with some ice cream. At The Peach Cobbler Factory, you’ll also find vanilla cinnamon rolls, Nutella cinnamon rolls, and cobbler stuffed cinnamon rolls. Banana Pudding flavors include their “OG” or original, Oreo, Strawberry, and Nutella. The Peach Cobbler Factory also makes a Peachy Sweet Tea.
