It has been operating temporarily from Hotel Clermont since July 2018.

The Lola is currently in permitting for its permanent 3,543-square-foot home, at 621 North Avenue NE.

It could open in the summer, 2019.

The Lola is from Co-Founders Martine Resnick and Eileen Lee.

“Resnick and Lee interviewed well over 1000 local females to validate their idea, and women in Atlanta are definitely seeking an exclusive space to work and connect,” a company spokesperson in an email told What Now Atlanta.

“House amenities” will include access to “healthy food,” pre-prepared meals to take home, dry cleaning drop-off, on-demand beauty services and a designated lactation room for nursing moms.

Programming at The Lola includes professional development classes, coaching, wellness, and speaker events.

The Lola is currently taking applications for Founding Members, who will benefit from a reduced price until its doors open later this year.

A Founding Membership starts at $1,500 annually and can be applied for through the-lola.com.

Membership includes access to open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms and the members’ lounge plus a range of amenities “designed with women’s needs in mind.”

“Included with membership will be a curated and robust calendar of events, plus a community of motivated women who are committed to getting it done on their own terms,” according to the company’s website.
