The new hotel will sit across from Fox Theatre and is all about convenience and comfort. Guests can expect spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms. Apparently, the amenities list is a long one (and even includes dog beds and bowls for those traveling with their pups), and the hotel’s central location will be key for those who want to explore all of Atlanta’s facets.

The Element Midtown Atlanta will also boast its very own restaurant, The Ponce Room Bar & Kitchen, which bills its fare as “elevated” and should be open evenings for guests and locals alike. No opening date has been announced, but the restaurant is expected to open in tandem with the hotel.
