Burger-Sushi fusion concept to open first Atlanta location at Perimeter Mall.
Famous for serving burgers and sushi – separately, and also simultaneously – The Cowfish is planning to open its Atlanta outpost Thursday April 28, according to a Facebook post.
The eatery will occupy the roomy 8,000-square-foot space which Goldfish previously occupied at Perimeter Mall.
Menu items will include innovative sushi rolls, craft burgers and the restaurant’s signature burgushi – a “cutting-edge fusion of burger and sushi,” which includes items such as sushi rolls created using “burger components” and “pick-up style sandwiches created using sushi.” Beyond these items are basically everything a burger-loving sushi enthusiast can imagine: think entrée-sized fusion rolls, bento boxes, and salads.
