The breakfast and lunch spot submitted a building permit application with City of Atlanta Friday for a new Egg Harbor, at 1820 Peachtree Road, inside the mixed-use development.

Egg Harbor will take over a 4,470-square-foot space adjacent to the Watershed and Saltyard restaurants, according to Coro Realty, The Brookwood’s developer.

“With over 28 years of being a family operated business and 17 locations currently operating in various states, Egg Harbor is a perfect fit to serve the surrounding neighborhoods and office community” Stuart Miller, Leasing Agent for Coro Realty, said in a press release earlier this year.

Construction on the new breakfast and lunch spot will cost an estimated $475,000.

Egg Harbor is slated to open spring 2014, according to the restaurant’s website

  1. guess they are going after R. Thomas’ business. but their other locations have free parking and this one does not. seems like a pretty large space for a breakfast joint.
This area needs a good sandwich place or a good chinese/asian food restaurant. Egg Harbor’s menu does not lend itself much for a business lunch from office workers in the area.
