Tim Lance, the restauranteur behind Bantam Pub and Cabbage Pie, is moving forward with plans to open a new concept in Old Fourth Ward.
Lance this week filed a permit application with City of Atlanta to buildout “The Boulevard” in space that was originally planned to be Bad Dog Taqueria, at 476 Edgewood Ave SE, on the corner of Edgewood Avenue and Boulevard.
An estimated $44,000 could be spent on The Boulevard’s interior buildout, a 1,956-square-foot space.
Lance secured a lease for the space in May, according to a Facebook post from Cygnet Properties, LLC, the commercial real estate brokerage firm involved in the transaction.
What Now Atlanta was unsuccessful on several attempts to reach Lance for comment.
