Erik Maier, founder of Atlanta-based Yeah! Burger, could open a new health conscious eatery in West Midtown.

Maier’s new concept, JuicyGreen, would take a corner space at the 1071 Howell Mill Road mixed-use development project (formerly a warehouse).

Westbridge Partners, the company that acquired the property in 2012 though a partnership with The Meddin Co., submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta Thursday to begin the restaurant’s buildout.

Westbridge and Meddin are converting the warehouse into parking and 13,000 square feet of restaurant, retail, and office space.

The development’s single restaurant space has been “leased to a new healthy concept by the Yeah! Burger team,” according to a flier promoting the property through The Meddin Co.

An estimated $700,000 would be spent building out the 3,260-square-foot restaurant. Additionally, the space could have a patio, approximately 1,000 square feet in size, according to the development’s floor plan.

What Now Atlanta was unsuccessful in our attempts to reach Maier for comment early Friday by telephone and Facebook messenger.

Anybody want to guess what this restaurant is going to be? Let’s hope it’s not another juice bar.
