Tiki Thai Sushi Galleria, a new concept from the team behind Osha Thai Sushi Galleria, is eyeing the 1010 Midtown development, located at 1080 Peachtree St NE, as a potential location according to owner Praim Siribothi.

While reluctant to share too many details, Siribothi says the team is currently working behind the scenes to secure this location, a 2,800-square-foot space in the shopping center off Crescent Avenue and 12th Street, while also entertaining a few other options. Siribothi anticipates going public with the decision and revealing more details in May.

Siribothi – with longtime friends Bell Chabchit, Pok Aimprig, Kritnapat Chuchotnapalai – entered Atlanta’s culinary scene three years ago with the opening of their flagship concept, Osha Thai Sushi Galleria, in Midtown/South Buckhead back. The restaurant offers upscale, pan-Asian cuisine such as a Crispy Whole Red Snapper, a 10-ounce steak dubbed the Crying Tiger, and a drunken noodle-adjacent dish, Drunken Man, with Japanese delicacies such as sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. Incidentally, the restaurant also features a Tiki Thai cocktail, apparently foreshadowing the new concept.

Meanwhile, in 2021, the foursome opened Osha Farm Grill, a more laidback concept “finger-food” concept, at Chattahoochee Food Works.
