Store Items To Be Auctioned At Public Sale In September

The Georgia Department of Revenue seized Taste Boutique at Atlantic Station on August 11.

Operated by Teresa Caldwell, mother to music artist Shad Moss (Bow Wow), Taste Boutique is now covered in yellow police tape that reads, “Seized by the GA Dept. of revenue/ law enforcement.”

We expected that Taste would close at Atlantic station but this is over the top.

Caldwell sent a tweet in response to the closure saying, “[People], please make sure [you] pay close attention to [who’s] handling your books and your business, because I didn’t.”

The upside to Caldwell being poorer than pickpocket in a nudist colony is the public auction of the stores’ contents.

The public auction is being held on September 7 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 265 18th street northwest suite 4160, Atlanta Georgia 30363. Here’s a list of what’s being auctioned:

  1. Teresa is a wonderful person and trust me she is not poor…. She and Bow Wow make millions….. The truth will come out about the person handling her books…. Do you honestly think she or Bow Wow wanted this bad press! I’m sure she taking care of this matter!

  2. this is not a surprise. it’s all smoke and mirrors. teresa caldwell knew perfectly well what was going on with the taxes. her and bow wow’s accountant is robert bracey of pinnacle business management in NYC. has been for years, still is. the poor girls that work at taste, most of them from day one (they’ve been open 5 years) really got the shaft. the manager of 5 yrs, got fired about 1 1/2 months ago after giving her notice to teresa. teresa’s house in sugarloaf was due to be sold in foreclosure in the fall of 2008. evidently it was saved at the last minute. neither her or bow wow actually have ever owned a car. they are all rented or leased.the condo’s in miami and los angeles, leased. the gardeners went without pay for a year, the contractors have gone unpaid, designers have gone unpaid. it’s all basically “smoke and mirrors” and REALLY worrying more about appearances instead of people that work for them. and it’s ALWAYS somebody elses fault!! and hiding behind god and pretending to be a child of god and thinking in your own mind you are perfect is what you call “narcissistic” to say the least.

  3. About time!
That illusion should of closed 2 years ago, out of date. .unkept. Shafted there employees and brands in the store.

  4. that place was doomed from the beginning. don’t believe the hype. things aren’t always what they appear to be. and that place is a perfect example that you might think you have “taste” yeah BAD TASTE

  5. I didn’t see anything for me in that store. Too much denim and sparkle shirts. Same styles summer/fall/winter. They should have presented some new styles.
