A pizza and wings food stall at Politan Row at Colony Square is branching out into a standalone space, North American Properties (NAP) announces.
Tandoori Pizza & Wing Co. is moving into a 2,528-square-foot restaurant space just steps away from its previous stall, slated to open this fall. The restaurant will be located across from Chick-fil-A in Building 100.
“We had an exceptional three years with Politan Row. It was an excellent incubator as we learned the market and tweaked our concept to best resonate with the community, helping us build a following,” said owner Archna Becker. “When a larger space became available at Colony Square, it felt meant to be. We love the property’s energetic atmosphere and the array of customers, from local residents to office employees to hotel guests visiting the city.”
Tandoori Pizza & Wing Co. plans to offer the same fast-casual counter service, with menu favorites like the chili paneer pizza and masala fries. The menu is inspired by Becker’s Indian heritage, featuring authentic recipes with a twist, such as pizza and wings with scratch-made sauces and toppings.
An extensive bowl selection and Thali platters (the signature “meat and two” combinations) will debut as part of the restaurant’s expanded offerings. Cocktails, beer, wine and specialty non-alcoholic options will be served.
A section of the new eatery will be dedicated to Bhojanic Market, which will feature grab-and-go items like samosas, curries and individual heat-and-serve meals, along with sauces, marinades, spices, dry goods and recipe cards.
Becker said they plan to grow their catering business, and the team also hopes to eventually introduce interactive events like quarterly cooking classes.
Tandoori Pizza & Wing Co. also has a location at Politan Row at Ashford Lane.
The move of the Colony Square location made way for husband-and-wife chef duo Abdul and Rabia Siddiqui to open Sahirah Kebab and Curry at Politan Row earlier this month.
Colony Square is located at the corner of 14th and Peachtree streets.
