Fitlife Foods soft-opened the store, situated in the Tuxedo Festival plaza, at 3655 Roswell Rd, at the end of August, they said.
Fitlife Foods retails chef-prepared meals ready for pickup at the store for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in pre-portioned small, medium and large sizes. Each meal is color-coded and individually labeled with all nutritional information, ingredients, and allergens. Popular dishes include BBQ Beef with Mac & Cheese, Chicken Enchiladas, Pork Bulgogi Bowl, Miso Salmon, and Crème Brulee French Toast.
“We have seen incredible customer growth in the Atlanta market from our home delivery service, and we wanted to provide an additional avenue for our customers to enjoy and experience Fitlife Foods,” David Osterweil, founder and CEO of Fitlife Foods, said in a prepared statement. “Fitlife Foods’ modern and inspired design in our new flagship location is meant to align with the company’s core focus by ‘elevating the way you feel’ and helping customers find relief in their busy days by ensuring healthy and delicious meals on the go.”
Fitlife also features “Project U Wellness” rooms, a dedicated space where customers meet with a Fitlife Foods Wellness Coach at no charge, to schedule and create meal plans.
The flagship location features seating, “flavor boxes” (microwaves) for easy heating, and complimentary electrolyte-infused water via the Flowater system. Founded ten years ago in Tampa, Fla., this is the first brick and mortar location outside of Florida, although the company has been delivering to Atlanta since 2018.
In recent years, Fitlife Foods opened twelve brick and mortar locations throughout Florida and is launching national delivery planned for 2021. Fitlife Foods added Chef Chris Austin, a James Beard scholarship recipient, revisited its brand design, conducted consumer insights and updated its menu selections as it prepared to grow this year.

Simon Properties has singlehandedly destroyed the class and style that was Lenox and Phipps. The former owners were responsible for the malls accent to the luxury markets through design and FINE TUNED MAINTENANCE! Simon has not power washed any entrance or maintained the surfaces of the mall itself. It’s dirty, stained, rusting, and the parking lots look like trash.
We need mall owners like Westfield, or Jamestown Properties. Every Simon property that I have been to across the country is anemic, poorly maintained and design execution has been totally forgettable. Let’s not get into the architecture….
Simon=Cheap
You’re so right–I think Macerich or Jamestown (especially) would have been a better manager of both properties. While I appreciate Simon for their refresh of the old Belk corridor at Phipps, the Lenox sister’s re-imaging looks piecemealed together, almost like a hodge-podge of random colors and textures.
