The Atlanta-based developer and new owner of Atlantic Station this week submitted plans to Fulton County for “land development and infrastructure” for the $80 million office building.

An estimated $1,496,288 could be spent on readying the land for the T3 West Midtown project, at 383 17th Street.

The 230,000-square-foot, seven-story building situated across from the Millennium Gate Arch near Target, is expected to break ground mid-2018 with a delivery in mid-2019.

Chicago-based HPA is behind the industrial-feeling design.

Hines along with Invesco Real Estate in May announced plans for T3 West Midtown, another office complex Atlantic Yards, and an overhaul of Atlantic Station’s tenant mix and storefronts.
